Let’s get technical for a minute. We perform our own in-house metrology testing. This includes interferometric laser positioning accuracy tests, circular interpolation ballbar tests and geometric alignments of both linear and rotary axes. We also perform vibration analysis for diagnostic purposes, and electronic compensation for correction of linear positioning and axis straightness.

Our comprehensive in-house machine testing is where we prove out results and button up any final details. Again; collaboration. When testing machine performance on our shop floor, you’ll notice a full team of people: Our machine builders, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and applications developers. They’re all there together, addressing final challenges and celebrating final completion.
