The MGF is designed to give customers the most mileage out of their investment. Our unique mixture of features enables a customer to gain the maximum productivity out of machine at the minimum cost of maintenance.

Along with the ability to use a variety of waterbased lubricants and light-viscosity grinding oils, the MGF has several customizable add-ons such as a rotating or indexing magnetic drum pre-filter for removing heavy stock and an optional chiller system to optimize cooling.

The MicroTech Gravity Bed Filtration Unit is designed with clear access to components and simple to use controls as well as a fully automated system complete with fault detection connected to most major components. Optional bag filters may be included for filtering ceramic debris.
